Muibat Ijaiya - Director. Muibat is an expert in Strategy Execution including Performance Management, Strategic Planning, and Organisation Transformation, with 10+ years consulting and advisory experience working with private and public sector organisations in Europe and the Middle East. Previously, Muibat was a Director and one of the regional leaders responsible for Palladium Group Middle East business. Prior to that Muibat was a Change Transformation Consultant at RSM Business Consulting, and before that a Corporate Finance Manager at Ernst & Young’s London Office with a focus on Strategic Finance. Muibat has worked with many organisations across various sectors and regions including Ven Group, Aviva, EWA (Electricity and Water Authority Bahrain), Woqod Fuel Qatar, CBN, UK Home Office, AstraZeneca, Qatar Telecom, DEWA, and EDF Energy. Muibat holds a BSc in mathematics, an MSc in Management Science and Operational Research from Warwick Business School, and an MBA from Manchester Business School. Muibat has been an affiliate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 1997.

Kit Jackson - Director. Previously Vice President Northern Europe and South Africa at the Palladium Group Inc. Kit has 20 years of management consulting experience in the implementation of strategic change. Kit has facilitated successful strategy management and execution programmes at corporate, divisional and business unit levels across four continents and many industries for a range of companies such as BMW Group Financial Services, State Street Corporation, HSBC, Old Mutual, Luxfer Gas Cylinders and University of Leeds. Kit has been working with Drs Kaplan and Norton over the past nine years, originally in Renaissance Worldwide based in Sydney, and latterly in Balanced Scorecard Collaborative based in London. Prior to this she was Managing Director of a leading performance improvement consultancy in Southern Africa. Most recently, Kit has been leveraging her diversified field experience to develop best practices on Theme Management and the role of the Office of Strategy Management. |

Gaelle Lamotte - Director. Has more than 15 years consulting experience in the field of strategy execution and performance improvement. Gaelle previously set up Palladium’s European Operations, and was the Managing Director of Palladium UK operations 1999-2006. Gaelle is an expert speaker and practitioner on Strategy Management; she led the How-To Training Programmes in the UK, and was Programme Director for the European OSM Executive Working Group. Gaelle has worked with numerous leading companies including BP, Cisco, NATO and Elcoteq to revise their strategies, and develop strategy execution frameworks. Prior to joining Palladium/BSCol , she worked with Renaissance Worldwide (founded by Drs. Norton & Kaplan) also based in the UK and with Monitor Company, a strategy consultancy founded by Michael Porter, in Canada and the USA. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce/East Asian Studies from McGill University, Canada and an MBA from INSEAD, Paris. |
